ENDelivery time
Delivery time within the Netherlands
Orders ordered on working days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise indicated). Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 and on weekends, will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
The delivery time may vary for three reasons:
- The dimensions of the package. Larger parcels may increase the delivery time.
- Due to busy times in the workplace, assembled bikes may be delivered one working day later.
- Unexpected delays can occur at DHL/DPD due to for example sorting errors or huge workloads.
Delivery times in Belgium
Letterbox post and small parcels to Belgium are delivered by bpost in cooperation with DHL/DPD. Parcels larger than 120 x 60 x 50 cm are delivered by DHL. The same applies to Flanders as to the Netherlands: orders are delivered within 1-3 days. Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 and in the weekend will be shipped on Monday and delivered within 1-3 working days. Again, please allow for deviations in delivery times as they apply in the Netherlands.
Delivery time in Germany
All shipments in Germany are sent with DHL/DPD. Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 and at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered within 2-4 working days. Again, please be aware of deviations in delivery times as they apply in the Netherlands.
Delivery time for pick-up
Ordered before 08:00 on working days? In many cases you can collect your order the same day at our Giga-Bikes collection point in Tilburg. Due to busy times in our workshop, the delivery time of assembled bikes may be extended by one day. You will always receive an e-mail when your order is ready for collection at our collection point. Your order will remain there for 14 days. After that, it will automatically be returned to our distribution centre.

Delivery to DHL ServicePoint
Parcels can be delivered to a DHL ServicePoint or DPD ServicePoint which you choose. When a parcel is ready at your chosen ServicePoint, you will receive an e-mail. A parcel will remain at a ServicePoint for one week. It will then be returned to our warehouse. Parcels larger than 80 x 50 x 35 cm cannot be delivered to a DHL/DPD ServicePoint.
Delivery to the UK is currently not possible due to Brexit. Check all delivery times.
